of producing large diameter structural strand in size up to 3.00” (76mm) diameter,
for some of the largest supported roof structures, suspension bridges, derrick cranes,
EOT units, mobiles cranes and communication tower projects across the nation.

Our manufacturing facility is sprawling 22500 sqft plant containing indigenously
designed & manufactured rope making machinery that is fully dedicated to provide
outputs upto 1500 MT annually. This facility makes way for plant and machinery section,
two test labs with world class test equipments and machines, a Finished Product
Stockyard supporting India’s largest Rope Inventory under one Roof, a Raw Material
Stockyard, A well equipped tooling shop floor, an administrative block and design
office.

Core Manufacturing
We manufacture our own rope cores and employ special manufacturing techniques including
lubrication optimization. Such special techniques maximize core diameter consistency,
minimize elongation, provide superior strand support, and limit rope stretch.
Customized Manufacturing:
At Asahi Ropes, we specialize in manufacturing and providing custom-manufactured
rope. Examining our customers' individual requirements, we produce products designed
to handle specific conditions unique to individual pieces of equipment or locations.
