At our premises, minutest care is taken right through the procurement of the raw material upto the manufacturing, packaging and dispatching of the finished product, due to which the quality with which we manufacture, our ropes is retained into them. At every stage of manufacturing, our product passes through rigorous testing. Our inbuilt Test House Facility confirms to it that every product goes into dispatch only after a long series of exhausting testing.

At Asahi, we are well equipped with the indigenously designed state of the art plant & machinery capable of producing output as much as 200 tons per month combined with our inbuilt most modern Test House & Laboratory. We have the capability to manufacture10 TONS reel in  SINGLE LENGTH and can manufacture from 0.8MM to 76MM ropes.Our Nation wide marketing network is managed by a team of Qualified Sales Engineers, who not only educate the customer in selection of proper Wire Ropes for Application-Specific Requirements, but also collect customer feedback which enables us to evolve better quality out of our product. Our Organization is run by Directors having tremendous technical experience in the field of wire ropes.
